Background

I am a generalist health and safety professional with over 20 years’ experience in health and safety.

I have held both group and regional health and safety management roles as well as advisory roles, and I have worked across many different industries including civil construction, residential building, road construction and maintenance, healthcare, water and wastewater treatment, telecommunications, electrical, manufacturing, engineering, retail, and events.

I have extensive experience in carrying out health and safety assessments, developing health and safety management systems and providing health and safety training and coaching. I am also proficient in risk management.

I have a particular passion for people and enjoy working alongside business owners and team members to find targeted solutions to maximise their health and safety performance. I am equally comfortable working with corporate leadership teams as I am out on worksites.
