Background

I have been working in Occupational Health since 2013, creating and delivering injury prevention and manual handling, early intervention and return to work programmes, job demand / task analysis and risk assessment, and functional screening for both mental and physical health.

I am currently working towards a master’s in health, Safety and Ergonomics while working in the injury management and wellbeing space.

I bring an understanding of the ACC and Health and safety at work legislation, Ergonomics/human factors, and MSD prevention as well as increasing employee wellbeing with an evidenced based approach.
