John Stubbe holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (GradDipOSH) and a NZ Certificate in Engineering (mechanical) and has held senior health and safety roles for over a decade before becoming a consultant in 2014.

Industry experience includes social housing, high-voltage electricity sector, multi-modal transportation, standards and certification, and manufacturing:

Consultancy services include general occupational health and safety advice, and specific health and safety solutions to meet the client's brief. This can include:

• Developing strategies, policies, procedures, guidelines, training material and other collateral based on good practice guidance
• Facilitating workshops and delivering training
• Interpreting legislation, codes of practice and standards
• Liaising with government agencies and industry associations on behalf of the client
• Providing resource to the client for leading projects or to support business operations
• Reviewing occupational safety and health systems and processes
• Undertaking hazard and risk assessments
• Workplace assessments, audits and investigations at client sites.
