A third generation extractives 'chick' with over twenty years experience in a variety of industries, I know the constant shift in balance between productivity, environment, resourcing, legislation, market forces and how all these things impact on how work as imagined differs from work as done.

My passions lie with the extractives and civil construction industries. My strengths are in connecting and collaborating with workers.

My methodology is simple; engage, collaborate, implement then document.
