Robert Lubbe Dip OHS, ProfNZISM, TechIOSH

Background
By nature, I am a ‘forward thinker’, meaning that I always think from an action-affect-consequence perspective. This way of thinking in the health and safety world, helps with identifying and managing actual and potential issues early in the game and implementing the necessary control measures.
My experience and unique skill set stems from consulting and leading successful teams in challenging environments. With roots based in more than a decade in the armed forces leading into paramedicine in high-risk environments, risk management in the Oil and Gas sector, it set me up for work in local Construction, Facility Management and Government operations.
My passion lies in transforming and building cultures, developing skills, and improving capabilities. Along with being a NZ Resuscitation Council Emergency Care Instructor, I am also a registered IOSH ‘Managing Safely’ trainer and have presented training to companies of all sizes Nationally on general Health and Safety Management, Emergency Response Planning and Fire Warden roles and responsibilities.
