Background

I am an experienced and qualified health and safety practitioner with over 13 years of experience across medium to corporate-sized businesses and multiple industries.

With a New Zealand Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety Management and a New Zealand Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety Practice. I am a Professional Member of NZISM and the National Association of Women in Construction.

I have a passion for health, safety, and wellness that can encourage a cycle of continuous improvement both individually and collectively. Knowing that even the smallest of steps can get you to the top of the mountain.

I believe that systems and processes should always support the end-user and be developed and maintained collaboratively to keep everyone safe!

With experience across construction, civil infrastructure, waste management, training facilitation, and manufacturing industries I have a solid understanding of the H&S ethos in both operational and training environments.
