Background
I am an experienced Health and Safety Professional with a strong background in delivering quality services, predominantly on a contracting basis.
I take a solution-orientated and tailored approach when supporting organisations to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of all people affected by their work.
My experience covers a wide variety of work settings and associated risks, including in the public sector, uniformed services, academic institutions and high-risk workplaces (e.g. processing, electrical), both in NZ and in the UK.
In particular, I have built skills in the areas of designing strategic frameworks, establishing online platforms for documents, developing policy and procedures, enhancing performance reporting and designing instructional materials.
I hold both Professional NZISM and Certified IOSH member status.
