Background
I am an experienced Health and Safety Professional with a strong background in delivering quality services, predominantly on a contracting basis.
My solution-orientated, consultative and tailored approach helps gives organisations a high level of comfort that, while work is being undertaken, the health, safety and wellbeing of all people affected by that work, is also being protected.
My career has given me exposure to dealing with a wide variety of work settings and associated risks, including those in the public sector, uniformed services, academic organisations and high-risk/multi-site workplaces, both in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom.
In particular, I have solid experience in the areas of designing strategic frameworks, developing policy and procedures, enhancing performance reporting, instructional design and technical writing.
I hold both Professional NZISM and Grad IOSH status.
