With a strong background in delivering Health & Safety consulting services, Bridgette takes a solution-orientated approach to supporting organisations in the development of systems, processes and resources which help ensure the health and safety of all people on site.
She is experienced and effective at managing projects in a manner which considers the unique needs of an organisation.
Bridgette's career has given her exposure to dealing with a wide variety of work settings and associated risks, including high risk/multi-site workplaces, industrial activities, uniformed services, government and academic organisations, both in NZ and in the United Kingdom.
Bridgette has particular experience in strategic frameworks, development of policy and procedures, designing competency solutions and technical writing for information resources.
She holds both Grad IOSH and Grad NZISM status.
