Background

A passionate health and safety professional who aims to inspire and motivate people to collaborate and imbed positive health and safety culture into your day to day business. Driving ‘your why’ and leading from the front is the key to success.

Understanding you, your business and your people will allow the establishment of a health and safety management system that is proportionate to your business activities. By working together with open and transparent communication we will build voice and empower people to promote positive health, safety and well-being.

With experience in the medical and health and safety industry across New Zealand and Australia spanning more than 15 years, I am driven to transform the industry’s attitude towards health & safety. I am a qualified registered nurse with experience in the emergency department, orthopaedics, renal, coronary care and medical departments and have extensive experience across numerous construction sites.

My nursing role has allowed me to facilitate and provide training in first aid and provention manual handling.

Along side my health and safety role, I am an owner and operator of a small metal fabrication business with my partner.
