Over 20 years’ health and safety experience in a variety of roles in the public service, primary industries, the education sector, construction, manufacturing, and major hazard facilities.
Having held senior management roles on both sides of the Tasman, gaining extensive health & safety, operations, and human resource management experience, and in the past working as the Ministry of Educations Health and Safety Manager.
I have the ability to work across all levels of an organisation, and more than a decade’s practical experience successfully developing and implementing safety management systems. I am an experienced investigator and auditor used to working in high-risk environments and a workplace trainer who enjoys solving problems with practical solutions.
