As an Occupational Health Nurse and as the owner of an Occupational Health and Wellbeing business,  I am committed to raising the quality of service in occupational health by ensuring that I deliver a professional service to my clients, and assist in improving the health of workers in the workplace.

My experience as a Safety Advisor for a large manufacturing company for 10 years has given me practical experience which ensures a good understanding of how to implement good, quality health & Safety into a business.  I am able to offer the full range of occupational health monitoring services including - Hearing Testing,  lung function monitoring, qualitative and quantitative fit testing for fitted respirators, drug & alcohol testing, workstation assessments, biological health monitoring, pre-employment health assessments, employee cardiovascular risk assessments, ergonomic workplace assessments.

I provide site specific manual handling training and toolbox talks in respiratory protection, hand hygiene, and assessing your workstation. I use noise excluding booths to ensure a reliable baseline hearing test at employment.
