Background

I’m passionate about getting people and organisations engaged in Health and Safety, that’s what keeps me motivated.

I am a qualified, experienced Health and Safety professional that provides practical real-world advice. I believe in providing value and keeping Health and Safety simple.

Changing culture takes time and the right approach is needed. I have a particular interest in the psychology of workplace safety, this stems from my previous community and inpatient mental health career.

By understanding you, your organisation and your people will allow me to establish a Health and Safety management system that is appropriate to your business activities.

Extensive experience as a First Aid instructor, Health and Safety trainer.

I also have an interest in UAV/Drone Health and Safety systems.

I come from a background in the health field, paramedicine, nursing, and health management.

Experienced in carrying out Health and Safety training for staff within the workplace and presenting Health and Safety summaries and reports to companies’ managers and Board of Directors.

Based in South Taranaki but travel out of the region as required.
