I have worked for the last 25 years in operational and senior management roles that has then allowed me in my current National Health and Safety role to apply a practical approach to risk management in high risk areas. I have a wide range of competencies and experience working in the quarrying sector both in the UK and NZ with a currant practicing A grade quarry managers certificate of competency. I enjoy the the challenges of working in high risk environments and applying my practical approach to provide continuous improvement and reducing risk into the workplace.
