With over two decades of experience in Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW), I have helped numerous high-risk organizations across various sectors better understand and manage their risks. I simplify and untangle the perceived burden of HSW, making it more approachable and welcoming to operational and strategic management teams and their people.
Through engaging stories and fun ways to embed knowledge, I help individuals retain their learning and apply the organization's requirements and standards more practically. I am a specialist in holistic wellbeing and wellness programs and behavioural and psychological safety, and I am used as a subject matter expert in regulatory compliance and its application to health and safety.
