Background

With over 10 years’ experience working in the health and safety sector, I pride myself on being able to build capacity and capability for you and your team to embed robust health, safety, wellbeing and sustainability solutions.
I have experience in many different sectors working as a health and safety generalist alongside clients to develop and imbed health and safety practices through co-design.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences Majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations as well as a Diploma in Occupational Health and safety which have given me the transferable skills and knowledge to build strong safety cultures.
I work alongside your business to develop and imbed systems, practices and processes which align with your mission, vision, and goals - enabling safety differently.

My key capabilities include:- Development and implementation of General Health and Safety Management Systems and practices - Development and implementation of psychosocial and wellbeing management systems - Development of training resources specific to the business - Embedding safety culture and practices in your business through co-design and capacity building - Support in understanding and implementing systems which comply with the health and safety at work act and relevant standards - Support in achieving accreditation relevant to your business practices

Recently I had the privilege of leading a project enabling safety differently in the disability sector. This project was awarded a Judges Commendation award at the 2023 national Safeguard Awards.
