Background

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse array of multinational companies across New Zealand and Australia, assisting them in fostering safer and healthier work environments.

My specialization lies in Research and Development, with a particular focus on conceiving and implementing innovative solutions to address the most complex safety challenges. I have a proven track record of introducing groundbreaking strategies that not only enhance workplace safety but also contribute to organizational success. I am currently undertaking studies in workplace, health, wellness, and safety at a doctoral degree level.

My extensive experience includes active participation in numerous investigations into serious incidents, including the most tragic of all—fatalities. This hands-on involvement has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities and sensitivities surrounding workplace safety issues. It has also reinforced my commitment to driving positive change and preventing such incidents in the future.

With a passion for continuous improvement and a dedication to ethical and evidence-based practices, I have played an integral role in reshaping safety cultures within organisations. My approach is characterised by a synthesis of research, the development of innovative solutions, practical insights, and a commitment to the highest ethical standards.
