I enjoy creating health and safety and injury management systems that are simple, people focused and easy to keep alive.

I am a strong advocate that, the solutions to many risks in the workplace are found by talking with the people that face them daily and empowering them to take control in making their workplaces safer i.e. consultation with workers.

Auditing is an area that I am passionate about as I see it as an opportunity to drive continuous improvement across all areas/levels within a business.
