Our conduct in all matters regarding Health and Safety will be of the highest level of professionalism and undertaken to the best practice knowledge required for the industry .

Ongoing personal development and up-skilling is vital in our plan to ensure good knowledge and advice is shared within the team and clients.

Positive engagement with current partners and alliance groups will be continued and reinforce the need to keep standards to the highest level always.

Working with business groups from sole trader to medium range. 

I come from a rural farming and contractor background, so have keen interest in farming, contractor and civil works groups.  Working currently with small building, electrical and associated trade business also.

My involvement in Search and Rescue for over 30 years from field to operational level has always seen an interest in looking after people.

Looking forward to working in the changing of mindset and belief based safety is a goal going forward.

Working in consultation  with Worksafe in areas of agricultural industry specific knowledge to improve how this is delivered to the  rural businesses ensures we are making tools, changes that actually work in the field
