Background

Health and Safety doesn't need to be difficult or complicated. I believe in making it easy for small businesses to keep their workers safe at work.

I have a Bachelors’ Degree in Health Science and a Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety. I have also completed papers on Industrial Innovation and Improvement, Creating Product Flow and Lean, and Agile Manufacturing. My passion for systematic management, and processes that really work, led me to complete papers at the New Zealand Institute of Management in Project Management and Negotiation Skills.

My mission, and I’m passionate about this, is to provide businesses with simple, real, effective and practical solutions which meet both the needs of directors and management and acknowledge the challenges faced by operations.

As a director I love managing and growing my business which underpins everything I believe in – as a consultant I love getting stuck in and getting a job done well. My returning customers and their referrals are a testament to the trust and confidence my clients have in me and the quality of the work that I get done.
