Gordy has specialised in developing and establishing health and safety systems for small –medium sized businesses in Central Otago and Southland since 2015.
He has experience with various types of business including: horticultural, licensed premises, clubs, construction and engineering businesses.
He also has experience as the health and safety supervisor for the removal of the milk processing plant from the Cadbury’s building in Dunedin and is currently health and safety advisor for Open Country Diary at the AMF, 3rd dryer and drystore construction projects at Awarua.
All of Central Otago, Queenstown Lakes, Maniototo and Southland areas are covered by Gordy and his partners.
Gordy is a committee member of the Central Otago Health and Safety Forum and the health and safety rep for the Clyde Volunteer Fire Brigade.
Gordy served as a frontline police officer for 27yrs and has a wide range of skills and experiences that serve him well when dealing with workers from all walks of life.
Regular personal contact with his clients ensures their health and safety system is a living part of their business.
