Tracey Murphy
Background
Tracey established Safewise in 2008, becoming a full-time health and safety practitioner. Prior to this, she was the co-owner and co-director of a large private training establishment where she developed her interest in health and safety.
Tracey was privileged to undertake a Diploma in Health and Safety Management, graduating in April 2008. She believes that continual professional development is essential and graduated in 2014 with a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
Tracey has been graded as a Professional Member of New Zealand Institute of Safety Management. This recognises her training, qualifications and experience in the health and safety industry. Tracey has been involved with the Waikato Branch of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management for many years. She served on the branch committee for many years.
