I have worked with hundreds of health and safety professionals, from teaching to assisting them to start their career. I also promote communication within health and safety through different online platforms which I encourage people to join to have informal discussions and support each other.
Changing the safety culture within a workplace is the hardest thing to do and I have had success in this area when working with supportive management.
With my teaching qualifications and experience, I am able to advise businesses on how to communicate effectively with workers and to ensure there is a full understanding of health and safety requirements.
