Background
I have worked in health and safety for over 16 years. I have run my own business for the last seven years. Before opening my own business, I worked a number of years closely with workers and managers coordinating, managing, overseeing, advising. This experience assists me to view issues from both sides, allowing me to provide practical health and safety advice that also fits within legislation.
Also, legislation can stipulate the framework. I think to successfully implement the framework, organisations should consider multiple factors such as leadership, organisational culture, and worker engagement etc.
Thus, I encourage and guide my clients beyond compliance to robust systems that deliver the best health and safety outcomes.
