Background

Experience within gap analysis, investigations, implementation of health and safety systems, policies, procedures, risk assessments, critical risk management, audits, emergency planning.  Chemicals, dust and noise impacting teams within the workplace has created interest within these areas with my aim to reduce exposure and associated occupational health risks.  Authentic conversations at all levels to build trust, and understanding of limitations within the workplace and industry.  Working collaboratively to ensure both the employer and employee are protected and safe are my objectives. Specialist experience within Recognised Seasonal Employers (RSE) scheme, over 10 years experience.  I am a Licensed Immigration Advisor and have good knowledge of Employment Law and current NZ legislations.
