Kristen Gawn

Background

Kristen has been working in the Occupational Health Nursing (OHN) & H&S field since 1995, however growing up on a farm, and still having all my fingers, suggests I have been doing H&S all my life. My work experience includes working at Cadbury Confectionery Ltd as an Occ Health Nurse and the H&S Manager, H&S consultancy, and training within an employment law firm and latterly as an independent in OHN and H&S practice -this has ensured my experiences have been truly diverse. Educationally I am a Registered Comprehensive Nurse that has a Degree in Exercise Science with a Post Grad Cert in Occupational Health thrown on top. I have continued my learning with many short programmes including: ICAM Training; communication skills and Adult Education. I am passionate about Occ Health Nursing, H&S and training to assist people to see the added value to business and lives when it is done well.
