Background

Over the past 12 years, drive and passion have been my key personal attributes in successfully progressing my Health and Safety career (H&S).  Previous roles have included a diverse range of industries such as; mining and construction, industrial cleaning and waste management and the residential housing market in Western Australia. I returned to Auckland New Zealand in 2015, and began working in the New Zealand Forestry.

My motivation and leadership skills are demonstrated through building strong relationships and achieving positive safety cultures through effective communication.

I have gained an excellent understanding of relevant health and safety standards including ISO 9001, AS/NZ4801, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001.  I have applied this knowledge and gained certification for organisations in Australia.

I'm passionate about safety and would like to share my passion and experience with New Zealand organisations to assist in building mature systems and making senses of what excellent safety looks like.
