Background
After six years working in Ireland's culture and heritage management sector as an operational manager, I returned to Aotearoa where I work with local government (council). I provide internal health and safety advice and monitoring to council employees ranging from front-line operations to executive strategic environment.
I also have the opportunity to promote health and safety practice in the Central Otago community and collaborate with many interesting sectors including, civil infrastructure, construction, event management.
My broad ranging generalist skills focus on finding practical, co-designed solutions to manage physical, psychological and health risks. I provide training and consultancy services to help workers and businesses achieve better-than-compliance.
