Over 30 years’ international experience within the Manufacturing industry this Senior Leader and Health and Safety specialist has a wealth of experience to draw upon.
I have been a key member of the Site Leadership Team in an FMCG organisation which has allowed me to developing and implement strategic plans across the site and Asia Pacific region. As a strong advocate for managing safety through people has successfully developed a safety culture which has resulted in a reduction of 97% of injuries over a 10 year period. Technically strong across a wide range of risk management. With a strong interest in human factors trying to change view points that human error is a symptom leasing to incidents not a cause of the incident.
I am a Health and Safety specialist and a leading figure in the NZISM and is part of their Accreditation and Branch Committee as well as being awarded New Zealand Health & Safety Practitioner of the Year 2018.
