Background

I have been involved in Health & Safety for 14 years, predominantly in the Energy/Gas sector, more recently in Education sector and Government sector. I have a Diploma in Health and Safety Management. I have had experience in Contractor Management and been involved in setting up contractor pre-qualification processes and managing end to end processes for Contractors.

I have had experience in setting up an incident reporting system, including training of Managers and users. I have a great interest in health and safety data, compiling company-wide data/analysis/statistics for many years, and more recently providing COVID statistics/analysis.

I have participated in return-to-work processes and provided support and advice to Managers.

I can competently write reports, undertake system gap analysis, and have had experience in health and safety management system auditing.

My drive is that everyone who comes to work goes home safe at the end of every day.
