Background

I have a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and the international NEBOSH General Certificate in which I achieved 'Distinction. I am a Graduate Member of NZISM and have over 15 years of experience in health and safety.

I have a background in psychology with an insight into how human factors affect behaviour. I am a firm believer that systems and processes should always be useful for and support the end-user (you and your workers), in keeping everyone safe!

I can help demystify H&S by advising on what organisations actually need to ensure their OHS obligations are met, and on how to improve performance in a way that is simple, pragmatic and supports the business.

With experience across construction, civil infrastructure, silviculture, waste management, warehousing, heavy transport, government and manufacturing industries I have an understanding of the true operational environments many businesses and their workers face.
