Background
As a Director of a successful Health and Safety consulting company, I am a very experienced health and safety practitioner with extensive experience working with clients across multiple industry sectors and I bring a modern approach to Health and Safety. I began my own health and safety consultancy company in 2016 after returning to New Zealand after living overseas for 5 years.
My prior experience was working in the mining and healthcare sectors in Australia. With a background in HR Management as well as Health and Safety, I am passionate about engaging with clients to build robust foundations which set any business up for success to be able to keep their people engaged, healthy, safe, and well.
I am a firm believer in promoting the 'Safety Differently' approach to consulting practices and I am extremely experienced in gaining engagement and buy-in from all levels of the organisations that I work with. With firm ideals and beliefs that New Zealand's safety records can and will be improved, I am proud to be part of the New Zealand safety landscape, creating a progressive/positive difference to workplaces in our country.
