I have extensive experience in development of Hazardous Works policies, Permit to Work systems and HSNO management and systems, ICAM investigation. Advanced working knowledge with H&S management systems such as VAULT, Assura and Imaps.
I work with people on the ground to find practical and long term solutions to improving systems and processes that drive cultural change in safety management. I am experienced in helping managers and boards of directors get their head around changing legislation and how it will impact them and their relationships with employees, contractors, sub contractors and clients. I bring a practical approach to implementing Health and Safety into businesses to ensure the best results and creating a safety culture that will last. I am highly experienced people manager with a very inclusive approach that ensures a high level of employee engagement.
