I am always interested in helping non-profits with specialist Health and Safety advice.
Employees are human and will make errors, my job is to make sure systems are in place that prevent harm when errors are made. Joint responsibility in keeping ourselves safe is vital in maintaining a safe and happy working environment for all staff.
I have extensive experience in development of Hazardous Works policies, Permit to Work systems and HSNO management and systems, ICAM investigation. Advanced working knowledge with H&S management systems such as VAULT, Assura and Imaps.
I work with people on the ground to find practical and long term solutions to improving systems and processes that drive cultural change in safety management. I am experienced in helping managers and boards of directors get their head around changing legislation and how it will impact them and their relationships with employees, contractors, sub contractors and clients. I bring a practical approach to implementing Health and Safety into businesses to ensure the best results and creating a safety culture that will last. I am highly experienced people manager with a very inclusive approach that ensures a high level of employee engagement.
