I work with NZ organisations and their leaders to develop their capabilities in all things resilience. This includes risk management, emergency planning, health & safety, business disruption and continuity, emotional culture, team resilience, verification and assurance and training.
Tick-box-compliance is no longer enough for organisations. Team members, shareholders and stakeholders expect higher standards, so I work with organisations to ensure they are using up-to-date, practical, industry best practice tools that stand the test of time and don't just gather dust on the shelf.
With many years operational experience in public entertainment venues, major events and attractions for both private and local government entities, I work with a whole range of clients both private and government organisations, who trust me to help them develop the tools they need to take their risk and safety processes to the next level.
