Application Guide
Everyone that applies to list on the HASANZ Register must fill in an online application form. In certain places, applicants must upload evidence which supports their application. Each member association has its own specific requirements for evidence.

- Physiotherapy New Zealand (PNZ OHPG)
- New Zealand Safety Council (NZSC)
